Flat-Rate Tuition: For those committed to consistent weekly lessons, offering the best value.

Drop-In Per Lesson: Flexible for those unable to commit weekly, pay per visit without long-term commitment.

New & Prospective Students

• Prospective students may sign up for an introductory lesson at the drop-in lesson rate in order to assess whether the studio is a good fit.  

• After the introductory lesson, new students must submit a $40 non-refundable registration fee before the next lesson to reserve their spot. This fee covers incidental expenses. 

• New students will initially pay at the drop-in lesson rate, but may enroll in the flat-rate plan at the beginning of the next month.

Timely Payments

• Flat-rate tuition payments are due by the 1st, with a final deadline on the 7th. Late fees are $15, and invoices are emailed.

• Drop-in payments are due at the time of service, with a $15 late fee after seven days.

• Returned check fee: $35. Payment methods: cash, Venmo, Zelle, or checks.

Missed Lessons

24-hour cancellation rule (drop-in per lesson): Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge for the full lesson fee, regardless of the reason for the absence. Advanced notice is required in order to fill your lesson slot. 

Make-up lessons (drop-in per lesson): If a student has pre-paid for the month and cancels before the 24 hour deadline, they will be given a lesson credit. 

Make-up lessons (flat-rate): Tuition covers your prioritized weekly appointment. Student cancellations count as a lesson. Due to popularity, make-up lessons are only granted for unplanned teacher cancellations (not on the studio calendar). Flat-rate tuition is based on a 40-week calendar with allowances for 12 mutual absences annually.

Refund policy: All sales are final.

30-Day Discontinuation Notice for Flat-Rate Tuition Enrollment Students

Students enrolled under the flat-rate tuition model may cancel their enrollment by providing a 30-day notice, along with an additional monthly payment. For instance, if notice is given on March 31, participation will continue until the end of April. Please note that partial refunds are not offered, and all sales are final.
